Mechanical design conforms to BS EN 12952 & 12953, the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and CE marked accordingly.
Manufactured entirely from carbon steel as the most economical design.
Designed to minimise additional back pressure on the burner fan and additional load on the boiler feed pump at maximum boiler load such that normal boiler operation is not affected.
Automatic soot blower system delivering regularly timed pulses of high velocity air down through the economiser tubes helping to dislodge ash deposits from the tube surfaces.
Access panels located top and bottom to allow for manual gas side cleaning of the economiser tubes.
