ASME

The leading internationally recognised standard is the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code (BPVC), which certifies the pressure components designed and fabricated in accordance, will ensure the protection of human life and property and will have a lasting useful service life .

This code is used globally and specify the rules for Pressure vessels construction, as well as the construction of Power Boilers. It also provides material specifications for ferrous and nonferrus materials which are suitable for use in the construction of pressure vessels.

In June 2013, ThermTech successfully applied for ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code certification in order to draw attention to the quality of ThermTech products in this sensitive environment.

Auditors from the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) spent more than three days at the ThermTech headquarters in Manchester to ensure the safety in the construction of our products. See the Certification.
